The Duke of Edinburgh's Award Gold Expedition is the highest and most challenging expedition within the DofE Award. We encourage participants to take part in this opportunity and are proud to deliver an expedition which will leave you with lifelong memories.
Expeditions last a minimum of 4 days with an overnight camp.
Expedition Details:
- This package includes At Least 2 x 4-Day Expeditions and an additional acclimatisation day for the Qualifier.
- You will journey for approximately 7 hours per day. This includes breaks and completing your group aim.
- Travel to some of the most picturesque and stunning landscapes the UK has on offer.
- Camp overnight on fantastic campsites as well as spending at least one night wild camping.
- Put the skills you've picked up at Silver back into practice in a more challenging environment.
- Develop Your compass, Navigating & map reading skills in the UK mountains.
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals on your stoves.
- Camp overnight with your friends.
- Navigate your team through the countryside.
