The Duke of Edinburgh's Award Silver Expedition is a step up from Bronze, implementing the skills developed previously to take on this new challenge.
Expeditions last a minimum of 3 days with an overnight camp.
Expeditions Details:
- You will journey for approximately 7 hours per day. This includes breaks and completing your group aim.
- Put the skills you've picked up at Bronze back into practice in a more challenging environment.
- Develop Your compass, Navigating & map reading skills.
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals on your stoves.
- Camp overnight with your friends.
- Navigate your team through the countryside.
